VIP Pass Acknowledgment Agreement*

* I understand my VIP Unlimited Pass membership is a month-to-month auto-draft. My credit card will be debited every month on the same day as my sign-up date.
* I understand any vehicle with grease, oil, excessive mud, objects, and/or debris will NOT be permitted into the car wash tunnel/equipment.
* I understand Apex Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this membership at any given time.
* I understand I must submit an official VIP Cancellation Form ONLINE under the VIP Unlimited Pass tab to terminate service.
* I understand no refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. I must submit cancellation prior to renewal date.
* I understand that Apex Express Car Wash reserves the right to suspend operations at its discretion. This includes inclement weather, forecast, maintenance, or any circumstance not safe or conducive to our employees’ safety.
