Assignment

We may assign all or part of the Express Card arrangement without notice to you. We are then released from all liability. The assignee shall have the same rights and obligations as the assignor and shall agree in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of our Express Card program.

Our Contractors

We contract with other companies (credit card processors, our stored-value card administrator, website developers) to provide certain services to Apex Express to fulfill orders and create our website. In some instances, these contractors may have access to Personally Identifiable Information but they are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information and to use it only for purposes of carrying out Apex Express business.

These companies are prohibited by contract from using this information for their own marketing purposes or from sharing this information with anyone other than Apex Express.

When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to thwart someone from intercepting it and misusing it. When you access your account information, the information is kept on a secure server.
