VIP Unlimited Pass Membership Agreement

By enrolling in the VIP Unlimited Pass, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This membership is month to month and will automatically renew. My card on file will be charged each month on the same day of the month as my original sign up date.

• Any vehicle with grease, oil, excessive mud, objects, and/or debris will not be permitted into the wash tunnel or equipment.

• Apex Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this membership at any time.

• To cancel, I must submit the official VIP Cancellation Form online at www.ApexExpressCarWash.com under the Manage VIP Membership tab.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation must be submitted prior to the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

• Apex Express Car Wash reserves the right to suspend operations at its discretion due to inclement weather, forecasted conditions, maintenance, or any circumstance deemed unsafe for employees or guests.

Membership Subscription

By subscribing to our VIP Unlimited Pass, you authorize Apex Express Car Wash to automatically charge your credit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through our website’s cancellation form, with at least seven days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.

SMS and Email Communications

As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.

Changes and Cancellations

Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information. Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Apex Express Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.

Terms and Conditions

Membership is for ONE vehicle only and is valid during normal business hours. We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
